These terms. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for building work — that is set out in the written quote you receive.

Quotes. No prices are published on this website. Everything shown here is an example of the work we do; a price is only given in a written quote after we have seen the job. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and assumes the conditions described in it.

Information on this site. We keep the photos and descriptions accurate and up to date. Photos show work carried out by our own team. Nothing on this site forms an offer or a guarantee of a particular result on your property.

Insurance. Gae Construction LTD holds Public Liability cover up to £5,000,000 and Employers' Liability cover up to £10,000,000. Certificates are available on request.

Liability. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on this website.

Links. This site links to WhatsApp and to our web designer's site. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
