Who we are. Gae Construction LTD (company no. 14913477), registered office 2 Northaw Wych Hill Lane, Woking, GU22 0AA, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect. When you send a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email address, area or postcode, the service selected and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

Why we use it. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you made) and, where a job goes ahead, performance of a contract.

Sharing. We do not sell your data. Quote requests are stored on our website's hosting and database provider so we can read them. We share nothing else with third parties unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, and records relating to completed work for as long as needed for tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
